ADC is proud to bring you an exciting new application for medical practitioners working in Australia who own an iPhone™ or an iTouch™.

The first Doctor’s Companion edition is designed to meet the needs of medical practitioners working in the field of oncology and haematology within Australia. Once the application is downloaded to your phone and activated, it brings together a drug guide and information useful to medical practitioners specific to the treatment of cancer without having to go online and search multiple websites. This information has been reviewed by oncologists and other doctors practicing in Australia.

Future editions will become available for doctors working in other medical fields.

ADC features:
• Search for drugs by generic or trade name
• Includes brand specific information such as drug access programs and support programs
• Add your own notes, photos or sound recordings to append the drug information provided
• Add drugs to your own ‘formulary’ for quick reference
• Displays calendar of Australian and International meetings and conferences
• Displays links to hospital employment opportunities within Australia
• Displays open clinical trials looking for Australian patient enrolment

Available to all Australian medical practitioners FREE. There are no costs to register and no ongoing fees. To provide this application to you free it contains some information and messages for medical practitioners. Clicking on an information banner allows you to find out more.
